Todd Malone is Chief of Party for the PEPFAR South Africa Programme. Todd’s strong academic grounding, extensive leadership and managerial roles, and effective engagement with local and international development partners, adds to the wealth of experience he brings to this position.

Dhirisha Naidoo started her career as Professional Nurse and gained experience in USAID-funded programs via McCord Hospital for nine years, focussing on managing facilities and implementing programs, whilst achieving significant health outcomes. She joined BroadReach in 2012 as Health Systems Strengthening Manager for the PEPFAR Comprehensive Program, where she successfully led the King Cetshwayo District to be a top performing district.
